The lean but wiry-strong point guard has helped her team to a perfect start at the Basketball Australia Under 16 National Championships in Perth.
In 2023, Kaila played for the NSW Metro U16 Girls team. She played nine matches and scored 59 points.
Kaila scored 22 field goals out of 64 attempts, with a field goal percentage of 34.38%.
Her average rebounds per match were 2.67, with 1.22 offensive rebounds and 1.44 defensive rebounds.
The NSW star has a defense-first philosophy and enjoys involving her teammates, like her brother, a pass-first point guard with great range.
